Condition of letting.

The cottages are not for commercial letting. They are mainly built to be used by our family but they are free for many weeks every year.

The cottages are situated in the neighbourhood of our house but still apart.

The guests are responsible for taking good care of the property. Damages must be paid for.

The houses are rented weekly. Arrival Saturday 12.00 and departure the following Saturday 10.00.

The cottages must be cleaned before departure. If the standard of the cleaning is poor the host is entitled to invoice the visitors for the cost of cleaning – the minimum charge is 200 €.

Booking.

The booking can be made by e-mail.

In the booking please write your name, address and so on.

You can also choose your own signature.

You will receive an account number where you make an advance payment. When the payment is done you can see your signature in the booking plan.

The total charge must be paid six weeks before arrival.
